Oh The Places You'll Go: New York City

I mentioned in my last post that I took a little trip to New York to clear my head. I took this trip three weeks ago, while my brother was still living in Brooklyn (he's since moved back to the West Coast).  Despite the drama that was going on in both of our lives, we had a really nice time bopping around the city. The weather was cold...not bitterly cold, but chilly at night and mild during the day. We saw an Off -Broadway show, did a lot of walking and shopping, went out to some trendy parties and stayed out till all hours of the night sipping cocktails and dancing.  My favorite day was when I ventured out on my own and spent a couple of hours wandering through Chelsea Market.
